Who we are
farnbrook is a roofing contractor at 1100 East 6th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90021. For anything about this policy, write to the address on our contact page. The registered entity name, state of incorporation and a privacy contact email still need to be filled in before this page is published.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address and your message. We do not run analytics, we do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles or make automated decisions about you.
Why we collect it
- To answer your inquiry and, if it goes further, to negotiate and perform a contract.
- To keep ordinary business records, and to defend a legal claim if one is ever made.
We do not sell or share your personal information, and we never have. That includes sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, which we do not do.
How long we keep it
Inquiry correspondence is kept for three years after we last hear from you. Records tied to a signed contract are kept as long as tax and professional-liability rules require.
Who else sees it
Only our hosting and email provider, under a written agreement that limits them to processing it on our behalf. The provider name still needs to be filled in before publication.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Write to us and we will answer.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what we collect and why, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we will never charge you a different price or give you worse service for exercising any of these rights. Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comparable laws have equivalent rights and the same route to using them. You may use an authorized agent, and you may appeal a decision by replying to it.
Giving us your information is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your message.
Children
This site is meant for professional inquiries. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.
Legal notices
This site sets no cookies for analytics or advertising and makes no requests to any third-party server. Fonts, scripts, icons and photographs are all served from our own domain, which is why there is no cookie banner. If analytics are ever added, this page will describe them and ask you first.
The photographs on this site are placeholder images and will be replaced with photographs of our own projects. Project names, locations and figures are sample content.
Accessibility
We build this site to WCAG 2.2 level AA. If you hit a barrier, write to us and we will fix it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
