- 02 repairs
Leaks, flashing, valleys and storm damage. Small jobs get the same crew and the same paperwork as a full replacement, because a bad patch costs more than a good one.
- 03 sheet metal
Gutters, downspouts, drip edge and custom flashing, bent to fit the roof rather than ordered to a nearest size. Most leaks we open up started at a metal joint.
- 04 inspection
Free roof inspections, moisture readings and a written scope before anything is torn off. You get the photographs whether or not you hire us.
